What Is The Life Care Plan?
The Life Care Plan covers the entire spectrum of the Elder Care System, from selecting the right form of help at home, to accessing appropriate care and payment options, to moving your loved one into the most suitable alternative residence, to checking regularly to make sure your loved one is comfortable and happy in the best possible environment.
Whether your loved one is a parent, spouse, sibling, other relative or friend, whether you live around the corner, in a nearby town, or a thousand miles away, helping an aging loved one through the Elder Care System can create anxiety, guilt, fear and a feeling of hopelessness. Needing a guide through the system is not unusual ---- it’s normal.
The caring and knowledgeable staff at William A. Johnson, P.A. realize that it’s easy to get lost in the Elder Care System. As much as they would like to, most people cannot spend countless hours researching answers to the questions raised by the Elder Care System. It’s hard enough to even know the right questions to ask.
Our job at William A. Johnson, P.A. is to help you find your way. We help provide the answers you need, relieve those uncomfortable feelings and offer peace of mind. We’ve walked many through the Elder Care System before, so now we’re ready to be the guide on your journey.
